Returns/Refunds Policy
- We have a 15 day (from delivery) return and exchange policy! Only store credit will be given for the return!
- In order to return, product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged!
- Shipping fee's are non-refundable!
- For returns, send an e-mail to tealwagonwheel@outlook.com with RETURN in the subject line!
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.... and only store credit will be offered.
- We try to make sure all of your orders are sent to the exact address you supply us, so make sure it's correct! We can't be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address!
- Remember, we are always trying to better our business and keep our prices as low as we can..... so bare with us!
